Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and controls to support the company’s performance and growth
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Ensure full compliance with local, federal, and international financial regulations
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and company investments (including crypto assets)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align on business strategies
- Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and compliance practices
- Experience in the iGaming, cryptocurrency, or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence
- Fluent English – mandatory
