We are seeking a Head of Live Casino Operations to lead the setup and management of our Live Casino studio in Serbia. This role involves defining operational strategies, building a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies tailored to Serbia.
• Oversee the setup and daily operations of the Live Casino studio.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and HR processes, ensuring alignment with Serbian regulations.
• Foster a high-performance company culture and establish the studio as a top workplace.
• Optimize staffing, workflows, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal documentation.
• Monitor and improve operational performance using data-driven insights.
• Develop risk mitigation, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
• Oversee vendor relationships, facilities, and logistics.
• Manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong English and Serbian communication skills.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Extensive operations management experience, ideally in iGaming.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
