We are seeking a Head of Live Casino Operations to lead the setup and management of our Live Casino studio in Serbia. This role involves defining operational strategies, building a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies tailored to Serbia.
- Oversee the setup and daily operations of the Live Casino studio.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and HR processes, ensuring alignment with Serbian regulations.
- Foster a high-performance company culture and establish the studio as a top workplace.
- Optimize staffing, workflows, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal documentation.
- Monitor and improve operational performance using data-driven insights.
- Develop risk mitigation, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
- Oversee vendor relationships, facilities, and logistics.
- Manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong English and Serbian communication skills.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Extensive operations management experience, ideally in iGaming.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
