My client is looking for a Country Manager experienced in the Japanese market.

As the Japanese Country Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations in this geo, driving business growth and establishing the brand as a leading player in the Japanese region.

What we want you to do:
  • Website Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize our websites for an exceptional user experience, ensuring they are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Monitor Affiliate Performance: Oversee affiliate activities to ensure compliance with agreements, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market studies and competitor comparisons to identify opportunities and threats within the iGaming industry.
  • Develop Country-Specific Strategies: Craft comprehensive market strategies tailored to specific countries, focusing on positioning and growth within the iGaming sector.
  • Department Audits: Perform regular audits of various departments, providing suggestions for improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Localization Training: Conduct training sessions with different departments to ensure seamless adaptation to local markets, maximizing our global reach.
  • Innovative Promotion: Discover and implement innovative methods to promote our casino and sports products, driving market presence and engagement.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Country Manager or similar position, with a focus on the Japanese market.
  • iGaming Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including regulations, market trends, and customer preferences in Japan.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
