A leading iGaming company is on the lookout for a Legal Counsel to join the team. The Legal Counsel will support the Head of Legal in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing contracts and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Advisory & Compliance: Advise on legal/regulatory issues, support compliance programs (AML, GDPR, Responsible Gambling).
• Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (suppliers, affiliates, sponsorships, etc.).
• Risk Management: Help identify and mitigate legal risks; assist in disputes and regulatory matters.
• Policy Development: Assist in creating internal policies for compliance and risk.
• Corporate Governance: Support governance practices, IP management, and senior management guidance.

Requirements:

• Law degree
• 2+ years of legal experience, ideally in iGaming or online betting
• Skilled in contract law, regulatory compliance, and dealing with authorities
• Fluent in legal English; other languages are a plus
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with international gaming laws and legal tech tools
