Your Role:

• Manage and moderate live chat interactions for our new brand, Spinz.
• Provide immediate assistance to players, directing support queries as needed.
• Enforce platform rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Identify and address potential issues, such as spam, harassment, or addiction.
