The Role:
As the Partnership Team Manager, you will lead a team of five Partnership Managers, driving revenue growth from key operator accounts across Europe, with potential expansion into new regions. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with high-profile clients, overseeing both account management and business development functions, while also mentoring and developing your team. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, this role is based in Malta.
About You:
You bring solid B2B sales experience in gaming, with a deep understanding of the slots vertical. You have demonstrated success in managing teams or mentoring talent and are skilled in balancing account management with business development. Cultural fit is critical—you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have the ability to integrate seamlessly into a high-performing team.
