Job Title: Programmatic Media Buyer - iGaming & Betting Industry

My client, a fast growing online gaming company is looking for a Programmatic Media Buyer to join their dynamic team of global professionals. This role focuses on executing and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns to drive performance and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define programmatic media buying strategies, covering key aspects such as ad formats, audience targeting, SSP selection, and bidding techniques.
- Utilize and master ad tech platforms to set up and manage programmatic campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution, monitoring win rates, CPMs, and bid strategies to achieve defined KPIs.
- Continuously track live campaign performance, adjusting pacing and optimizing towards CPI/CPA goals.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data, delivering clear and insightful reports to demonstrate the impact of programmatic advertising efforts.
Desired Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present campaign results effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure precise campaign execution and tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot campaign issues, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
