Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods.
• Conduct comprehensive interview screenings and background checks to ensure candidates meet client expectations.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process, including CV preparation and interview coaching.
Negotiate employment terms to ensure a fair and attractive arrangement for both clients and candidates.
• Meet performance targets aligned with company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience in Customer Support, Human Resources, or an Admin role is beneficial but not required.
Solid understanding of recruitment practices, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Motivated, hard-working, and committed to achieving results and being rewarded for your efforts.
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Genuine interest in the digital and tech sectors.
