Social Media Manager

Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s global social media strategy to enhance visibility, engagement, and user acquisition for the online casino and sportsbook.
You will be working closely with marketing, creative, and influencer teams to transform brand objectives into innovative social campaigns and content programs that captivate target audiences. By continually measuring performance and adapting to emerging platforms, as a Social Media Manager you will ensure that all social initiatives align with the brand’s values, resonate with users, and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content Planning:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that supports business objectives, emphasizes responsible gaming, and resonates with diverse regional markets.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
Audience Engagement & Growth:
Utilize both organic tactics and paid promotions to drive audience growth, bolster follower engagement, and increase traffic to the brand’s website and gaming platform.
Experiment with new content formats and social features to maintain a dynamic, audience-centric presence.
Influencer & Partnership Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators who align with the brand’s values and target demographics.
Oversee deliverables, track influencer performance, and ensure content authenticity and brand synergy.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Define and monitor key social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), interpreting data and adjusting strategies to improve results.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform future content, campaigns, and platform choices.
Compliance & Brand Alignment:
Ensure all social activities adhere to regulatory requirements, platform guidelines, and brand standards.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach across all social channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing social media strategies, preferably the iGaming, sports, or entertainment industries.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategies into high-performing social campaigns.
Experience in the Indian market
