Coming from such a tiny pearl in the Caribbean, I’ve always enjoyed getting to know new cultures by travelling and connecting with others. With a background in hospitality as a tour guide and then in the iGaming industry as an HR professional with a specialization in talent acquisition, it was natural to dive deeper into recruitment.

About the Role Our client, a leading iGaming software and platform provider with a portfolio of various well-known B2C brands, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Department, as well as conducting customers KYC verifications and overall Risk/Compliance assessment monitoring. Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, supervise and maintain a high-performance Operation centre, including recruitment, training and establish exceptional workflow processes Effectively manage team performance and workload related to Customer Support and Risk/Compliance responsibilities as: Troubleshooting, assisting and handling customer enquiries whether related to product information, complaints or general information requests in a timely manner. Ensuring customers enquiries are handled in accordance with the company high service standards. Conduct KYC verifications and daily risk processes to identify, manage and report suspicious/fraudulent activity. Ensure the staff is up-to-date with the company policies, procedures and regulatory license requirements.  Monitor the Operation functional KPIs, analyze daily the service delivered to customers and provide periodic reporting to the respective higher management stakeholders Collaborate and work closely with other Internal Departments within the organization  Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of Operation/Customer Service Management experience in eCommerce / iGaming sectors. In this position, you will be creating and adjusting all the site content, with a high focus on SEO as well as CRM, social media, campaigns, and product descriptions to ensure consistency and appropriate tone of voice across all channels. Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities: SEO: work with our global agency in translation, adaptation, and creation of the SEO content needed to escalate positions in search engines and publications CRM and campaigns: translation, localisation and creation of the content needed for the CRM dialogue Content for promotions, including competitions, tournaments, mailers, etc. Social Media: you will act as the Community Manager (organic content), in the different networks where the brand is active, working closely with the local agencies. Write game descriptions and reviews. PR: write corporate press releases to be distributed mainly to sector media. Create affiliate marketing content for affiliate channels, including reviews, news articles etc. Request content supporting creative assets for all channels. These include hero banners, mailer images, blog content, etc. Skills & Qualifications: +3 years of experience in content creation for online marketing projects. Previous experience in iGaming is a plus. University degree in Advertising, Journalism or Communication. Proven SEO knowledge and certification in this area are a plus. This is the perfect opportunity if you have a solid network of affiliates across Brazil and proven track record within the industry. Responsibilities: Provide and present reports based on KIPs, affiliate deals, and affiliate and campaign performance. Oversee the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing affiliate ROI, ARPU, and LTV. Plan and allocate resources strategically, ensuring that expenditures are mapped out effectively to achieve the best possible returns. Identity, acquire, and build relationships with new profitable affiliates. Including negotiating terms, commission structure, payment schedules, etc. Manage and retain existing affiliates while ensuring return on investment by monitoring the performance of affiliates. Develop affiliate marketing strategies related to acquisition and retention for the Brazilian market. Create promotions and campaigns while ensuring that all affiliate materials are up to date by collaborating with necessary departments. Manage existing affiliate platforms and channels. Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the online sports betting and gambling industry. Experience in the Brazilian market, including great network with affiliates. Experience managing and mapping out a marketing budget. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates. Strong analytical skills with reporting experience.
