Coming from such a tiny pearl in the Caribbean, I’ve always enjoyed getting to know new cultures by travelling and connecting with others. With a background in hospitality as a tour guide and then in the iGaming industry as an HR professional with a specialization in talent acquisition, it was natural to dive deeper into recruitment.

They specialize in Casino related products and offer casino related games to their customers across various markets including Latam, Canada, Europe etc. The Role: The company is on the look-out for a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Department in Brazil, consisting of around 18 members. You’ll be responsible for the productivity and performance of these agents, and hiring additional agents if needed. In addition, you will also be conducting customers KYC verifications and overall Risk/Compliance assessment monitoring. About the Role Our client, a prominent iGaming content provider with a specialization in online slots and live casino games, is on the lookout for a Commercial Country Manager to identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will manage the sales pipeline and drive growth while building strong customer relationships by understanding customers’ needs. As part of their global expansion, they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead efforts across the EMEA and APAC regions. In this role, you will act as the company's sales expert for these regions, working hands-on to support sales growth. Our client is looking for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong network across EMEA and APAC, experience with high risk merchants, and professional who is capable of transforming connections into new business opportunities. This position is heavily focused on new client acquisition (80% sales), with some responsibilities in account management (20%). There is also significant growth potential.
