Performance Tracking & Analytics: Define KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, conversion, sentiment) and regularly measure campaign performance against these benchmarks. Present insights, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, optimizing future investments in high-profile collaborations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sponsorship management, high-level influencer partnerships, or strategic brand collaborations, preferably with global consumer-facing brands. Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to guide decision-making. Deep understanding of the sports, gaming, and entertainment landscapes, with cultural adaptability in international markets. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program. You will actively engage and deepen the relationships with sports betting and iGaming Affiliates.
