Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Casino Supervisor to oversee studio operations in Bogotá, ensuring seamless alignment with global standards and compliance with local requirements. This role involves managing staff, fostering team collaboration, and driving performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Leadership and mentoring experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
Ability to manage conflicts, handle fast-paced operations, and promote team collaboration.
