Pentasia are supporting an operator in their search for a highly skilled Senior Display Marketing Executive to be based in their Gibraltar office to deliver results that align with their overall marketing goals.  Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Lead the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across platforms such as The Trade Desk, Xandr, Teads, Taboola, Sportradar, Genius, Google Ads, CM360. Ensure campaigns are executed according to plan, and continuously optimise targeting, bidding, and creatives to achieve maximum performance. Strategic Planning & Cross-Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, and Data to ensure that programmatic campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives. Align campaign execution with wider marketing strategies, product launches, promotions, and brand messaging. Agency Partnership & Direction: Lead relationships with external media agencies, providing detailed campaign briefs, performance goals, and creative direction. Ensure agencies adhere to performance expectations, maintain delivery accuracy, and report actionable insights. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on display and programmatic advertising. Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and complex media-plans. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimise campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROI and CAC.
