Role Overview We are seeking a talented Tier 2 Support Engineer based in New Jersey to join a dynamic team. This is a remote position with an expectation of one office visit per month. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to casino operators (not end players), troubleshoot and resolve issues, and contribute to system setup and configuration. Responsibilities Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to customers (casinos) via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by analyzing symptoms, diagnosing problems, and offering solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Educate customers on product functionalities, usage, and best practices. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfactory resolution of technical issues. Lead setup activities, system configurations, and testing. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance and technical support roles, preferably in a software or technology company. Knowledge of computer networks and configurations. Familiarity with Linux OS, scripting, and automation is an advantage.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior growth marketer with deep expertise in affiliate marketing, paid media, crypto gaming, and U.S. sweepstakes or iGaming. You’ll lead the marketing strategy across both the established sweepstakes product and a new crypto casino offering. This is a rare opportunity to shape a dual-market strategy in a high-growth, agile environment. Key Responsibilities:   Lead Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across affiliate, paid media, influencer, and organic channels tailored to both U.S. sweepstakes and international crypto audiences. Affiliate Program Ownership: Build and scale a high-performing affiliate marketing program, including partner recruitment, commission structures, tracking, and compliance. Company Overview A leading operator of gaming and racing properties across the United States, with a portfolio of 26 venues. The company is known for its iconic horse racing events and expanding presence in casino gaming and entertainment. Role Summary This is a senior leadership role overseeing all financial operations for two properties. The Sr. Director will lead financial strategy, planning, and compliance, manage a team of 10+1, and report directly to the GM. The role requires a team player who can mentor internal talent and bring deep experience in gaming or racetrack finance. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial functions: accounting, analysis, cash operations, revenue audit, procurement, compliance. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls, especially for gaming operations. Collaborate with operational leaders to drive performance and cost efficiency. Prepare for and manage internal/external audits. Support licensing processes and financial reporting for gaming authorities. Mentor and support the Finance Director and team.
