Director of Operations  We are seeking an ambitious to meet the high expectations of our client, a leading brand in Brazil and Mexico. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most renowned, dynamic, and rapidly growing brands, with ambitions to expand globally.  The package is negotiable for the right candidate and will include an attractive basic salary, bonus and benefits. Responsibilities: •Drive the strategic growth of our online casinos by managing key markets, ensuring the overall revenue targets are achieved  •Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition •Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies, processes, and systems that support online casino growth and long-term success •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulators (if any), service providers, partners, etc. •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, compliance, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of market strategies •Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement •Monitor the performance of online casinos with tracking software take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts Required skills:  •Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles; •Experience in iGaming (casino slots ideally) is a must; •Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage; •Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders; •Experience in international business expansion, project management, and leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
