(40 hours regular per week) Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports trading. Strong understanding of sports betting markets and trading platforms. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Proficient in using trading software and data analysis tools. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Written and spoken English is required. Spanish is a plus.
