Our client is a fast-growing payment processing start-up with a primary focus on the online gambling industry. As part of their global expansion, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead efforts across the EMEA and APAC regions. In this role, you will act as the company's sales leader and expert for these regions, working both hands-on and strategically. Our client is looking for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong network across EMEA and APAC, capable of transforming connections into new business opportunities.                                 This position is heavily focused on new client acquisition (80% sales), with some responsibilities in account management (20%). There is significant growth potential, including the opportunity to build a team from scratch and eventually progress into a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role. Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop a plan and strategy to increase our share in EMEA / APAC Be responsible for financial forecasting, budget setting and P&L of the who commercial team Build processes to increase the efficiency on onboarding, activation, and expansion of new and existing client Benchmark competitor solutions and propose new features to increase our adoption Work collaboratively across teams - Compliance, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet our sales objectives Own the sales pipeline at every stage of development and monitor targets Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and industry leaders Manage a team of Sales & Account Managers Create a framework to measure and report KPIs and adjust approach based on development and data Be willing to travel frequently to meet clients and colleagues as well as attending industry events Skills & Qualifications: Experience developing sales strategies for the EMEA and APAC region 3 – 4 years experience in a similar role within FinTech, online gambling, Crypto, or Forex sector Language proficiency in English. Additional languages such as Hindi, Japanese, and Chinese are a plus. Critical thinking an analytical skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill Leadership experience CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred) Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events and to visit providers Important: Preferred location is the Philippines, but our client is also willing to consider candidates from Malta or Cyprus.

In the position of Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of business opportunities across LatAm and all products offered by our client. Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities: Find and pursue new business through existing industry contacts, market research, and engagement with gaming stakeholders across different jurisdictions, including network events and collaborations with other software providers Qualify leads based upon experience and for start-up businesses, review funding, USP and approach to marketing Prioritize and engage prospects at an exec level, taking ownership of sometimes complex negotiations and the ability to execute them without support Negotiate and close deals Own the entire sales cycle and onboarding process including contracts, integration and probity, and ensuring an effective handover of the client to our internal stakeholders Organize and drive internal stakeholders to delivery. Identify the problem, scope the delivery plan, influence internal stakeholders, manage the delivery, report on progress Setting, delivering and exceeding on targets.
